We Made It!

Well, we made it. The big move to Okinawa has tried just about every strand of my sanity, but now that we are getting settled in, things are much better. My biggest hang-up right now is driving. I hate to drive, even when I am in the states and my blinker is on the correct side of the steering wheel. Yes, you can tell who is an Okinawa newbie by the windshield wiper signal. We all have done it. You go to make that right turn onto what feels like the wrong side of the road, you are concentrating on not hitting the little Okinawan on the scooter beside your window, and it happens, your stupid signal is on the wrong side of the steering wheel!! One of the many joys of living in a foreign country.
