and all through the house-not a creature was stirring...not even a mouse (but probably a gecko) 
...visions of sugarplums danced in their heads.We had a good Christmas Eve. We sat outside and sang Christmas Carols (quietly) and ate pop-corn while we waited for a local fire-works display that we can see from our back yard. The girls had a good time all bundled up in cozy blankets. Then we put them to bed and they drifted off to sleep.
