She is off her rocker!!!! I feel so sorry for her that she has lost her faith. I think that when you get that rich and famous there is always a price. I hope we can all pray for all of the people who have lost their way before it is to late for them! She may not think God is a jealous God, but be sure that he is. He is also a forgiving God who is full of mercy and is always waiting with open arms for those who return to Him and ask for forgiviness.

I have watched her sporadically in the past few years like when Drs Roizen and Oz were on or something peaked my interest. There was one time she was on with an author and there was an issue where she said he lied to her about the authors in his book and what stopped me from watching her ever again was she said I can't believe you lied to "me"? Like anyone could ever lie to Oprah not just her personally. She is scary because so many people watch and listen to her. She has a huge ego and a lot of pride going! IMO. Also if you listen to her story about being in church she says she stopped short on hearing God is a jealous God. She said why would God be jealous of me? No, not you Oprah, the worship that people were giving and are giving to false gods. *sigh* Thank you for these posts.

I know, I watched Oprah back in the day...the day before the busyness of have kids :) I just liked how sincere and personal she was...she really seemed/seems to care about people. I believe she still does...she has just been blinded by the cares of this world. It is so sad-and scary
God have mercy on her soul! She obviously hasn't read her Bible very much because the Bible is very clear that God IS a JEALOUS God! And salvation is not based on "feelings." Salvation is based upon belief. Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace are ye saved through faith..." Thank you for posting this.
