BAMBOHE

...is where Brian and I got to go with some good friends of ours. We left our children at my house with sitters (yes, multiple because we have 4 and they have 2;) ) and had a wonderful time at this all you can eat Japanese buffet. I did not have my camera last time, so this time my friend Pam was so nice to remember hers. I will ask her if I can post her pic before I do...so I might have to update later. Maybe she should get her own blog? Hint hint!! ;)Notice the Grill in the table..lol there is NO WAY that would happen in the states...or am I wrong? They have raw meat at the food bar that you take and grill at the table...yuuuumy. I think this place by far is Brian's favorite...sushi..noodles all you can eat for an hour and a half...
Mmmmmm sushi...well, there are a couple I will say "Mmmm" about, but some "bllllech!!". I like it with plenty of soy sauce and wasabi. We were the ONLY Americans in there both times lol.

You're right. You'd never find a grill for the customer at the table here in the states. But I do love the Japanese restaurants here where you sit around the big grill and the chef puts on a show while he cooks for you. :P What do I get? Hibachi Steak. YUM!

Looks like soooo much fun. Your pictures are great. Beautiful family.

I did get your e-mail. I just got busy and haven't had time to respond. I actually forgot some of my questions; maybe I'm doing a better job of relaxing in the Lord than I thought? Thanks for being available, I'll be in touch.

Kristie, I love those places too! They have one here we like called Four Seasons...it is another favorite...they cook it right at your table and do a little show (if I can call it that) with the salt and pepper etc...:)

Hi Miss Robin :) You might be able to see for yourself how much fun it is ;) love you!

Yes... there are several Korean restaurants in Los Angeles were you cook in the center of the table. I've eaten at them. ;) You order your food, seasoned and raw and then you cook it to your specifications at the table.

What fun Heather!! This restaurant reminds of one when we were in Iwakuni. The food was SO good and it was a lot fun.

Heather, it is so good to be able to see you, Brian and your children in the pics on your blog. I miss you guys and this is the second best thing. I don't know if I like sushi and some of that kinda food, but I love Panda Express . . . wait a minute . . . that's Chinese :o} oops. Happy Birthday Lily. Hugs and kisses for Brianna, Anjolie, Lily and Aiden.

Wow right in LA?! I sure wish we could have found those places...it is such fun.

Mishel, that would have been neat to be stationed in Iwakuni...Okinawa is pretty Americanized IMO. Yes, the food, especially Kobe steak is excellent!

Mrs Kathi- it is wonderful to keep in touch this way..even better than email. And, the children will love their hugs and kisses! love, heather

What a neat restaurant. Y'all are just the most adorable couple -- seriously. It's very nice to see you get a little "date break" together.

Awww thank you Grafted *big grin*. It is nice to be "dating" again. :) I hope we date the rest of our marriage.
